Today, we’re sharing one of our favorite summer recipes that draws on these powerful, God-designed ingredients.
Inspired by Exodus 3:8 – "the land of milk and honey", Numbers 11:5 – "healing spices", and Proverbs 24:13 – “eat honey, for it is good”.
🍯 Biblical Golden Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 banana (anti-inflammatory potassium)

1 tsp turmeric

½ tsp ginger

1 tsp raw honey

Optional: pinch of cinnamon, handful of ice
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy cold!
