We do apologize that our order management system does not offer option to modify your orders after it has been confirmed. However, you can contact us at here.

How long does it take to receive my product?

US Delivery: You will receive your order in the next 3-5 business days

International delivery: You will receive your order in the next 20 - 30 business days, subject to local custom.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email on your purchase. Once our team at the warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

We offer FREE US Shipping for purchases above $100.

For purchases below $100, a flat rate of $9.95 applies.

If I need to return my order, when will I receive my refund?

Once your order is received by our Returns department you will receive an email to let you know that a refund has been processed for the returned items. This email will include the amount of the refund for your records.

After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks (up to 30 days or more for international orders) for us to receive and process your return.

If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 10 - 14 business days for your bank/card issuer to disburse the funds back into your account.
